ECUADOR

Ecuador Amazon - Rio Napo
28th October 2004

Boating the Napo
Frontside perspective en route from Coca to Nueva Rockafuerte. Feeling ropable.

Neuva Rockafuerte - Ecuadorian frontier with Peru

Kanga getting jiggy wid' it (thanks Will Smith). The wannabe NZ hombre sliding out of his BMW saddle and into something a little more comfortable. After laying a nasty river snake over the side of the boat Kanga proceeded to bathe his rectum in preparation for his ladies return. Kanga and I slept on the boat to ensure the safety of our steeds whilst the ladies lapped it up with the local lads in the one and only hostel in town located adjacent to the police station.

The Captain
This darkened gentleman is the two faced bandit who tried to wrestle Kanga and I out of $75 each. Kanga had set a price on the bike the day before departure for $25. I arrived that night. The next morning we ventured to the boat and loaded our cargo. All good. Ventured off for our last meal of the day at 6:30am. At 7am Lindsay (the americana) came ot inform us they were trying to take our bikes off the boat. We returned to find they now wanted us to pay $100 per bike. We got the local navy captain involved. To cut a long story short, he tried to root us in the bee-hind, and subsequently lost his licence. So he was relegated to pole pusher while his first mate drove the boat. Sucker! Thats what you get for f@*king with the moto boys!

Bike views
Wolverines (my bike) perspective up in the front row.

Octavalo - Giant cocks fist fighting
The land of the long hair lads (all the gents have long hair - for once I felt at home). A serious sanctuary for the cock inclined. Here Van Cock stretches his spindly limbs toward Wesley Snipes forehead after pulling off a very tight roundhouse kick.

Crucita - Heaven on a stick
10th October 2004

Crucita Launch Pad
This view encompasses the best launch pad for parapenting in the whole of South America. The view is incomparable. The lads who pretend to work here are seriously sound individuals who will guarantee a smile on your face and a beer in your hand in this here portal to the promised land.

Parapenting perspective
The lightened emotions and weightless sensations enhance the feeling of a standing ovation that doesn't exist. But the whole emotions sensations thingy does. What?

Miss Mellet
I first met this lovely young blind lady in Cusco. We carooned along the same path for the next six weeks. Her eccentricities and boundless energy often laced the scene with a friendly demenour. Any money she loves this photo. Not!!!! HAAhrahaaar!

Yahtzee King

I have to prove to Hayley and Rosie (Below) that I am the Yahtzee King and thats that. They thought it was just luck that I kept rolling the highest numbers. But everyone knows that rolling dice is a serious game of skill.

Sight Celebrations!
At 5am after various bottles of funny coloured liquid on the balcony of a beach side bungalow, Hayley's eyes popped out to say hello. We are celebrating the newfound visions of Hayley and her ability to see the light and stand up for her right... to party (thanks Bob and the Bboys), and the fact that I won Yahtzee again.

New found perspectives
Hayleys first day with eyes wired open. I thought it was a camera worthy moment.

Well they were rather interesting photos. I wonder if they have any photos of naked women in the Bolivia section...
